Vehicle Preparation
All our vehicles are prepared at registered workshops, and any work carried out by Pristine Cars Ltd comes with receipts, which will be provided to you upon purchase. When you visit us, we will present all the documentation available for the vehicle you are interested in.

Privacy Policy
We do not store credit or debit card details, nor do we share customer information with any third parties.

Delivery Policy
We can arrange delivery or collection of your new vehicle once a deposit has been received. (Delivery charges apply—please contact us for more information.)

Refund/Cancellation Policy
You may place a holding deposit on any vehicle, subject to viewing it in person. Deposits made on-site are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Distance Sales Scheme Statement
Please note that Pristine Cars Ltd does not operate an organised distance selling scheme as outlined in The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you choose not to view the vehicle at our premises before purchase, you will not be entitled to a 14-day cancellation period. All other statutory rights remain unaffected. If a vehicle needs to be returned, you will be responsible for all associated return costs unless a prior written agreement has been made and signed by both parties.
